Corporate Sponsorship - £12,500 plus VAT

Our Corporate Sponsorship package is a comprehensive and exclusive range of benefits and consequently the number of sponsors at this level is limited.

Benefits include:

  • Lead sponsorship of AOA’s two flagship events, the Annual Conference and Annual Dinner. This includes a brand exposure package with a professionally produced video presented in the main hall at the Conference, logo display at the Annual Dinner and extensive brand presence in all Conference and Dinner literature. A complimentary table at the Annual Dinner, worth up to £2,000, and complimentray six places, worth up to £3,000, at the Annual Conference are also provided.
  • Networking at the highest level with key opinion formers and influencers within the aviation industry. Invitation to two private London lunches each year are included, where guests will be seated with airport Managing Directors and Chief Executives.
  • The opportunity to lead and participate in a number of themed events for airport members on issues of mutual interest. These events will be developed in detailed discussion with Corporate Sponsors but will address areas of broad interest to airports such as how to run more cost-effective operations or how to make smarter use of technology.
  • Brand exposure in the AOA monthly update, sent to all AOA Members, two inserts of 500 words per year.

  • Three complimentary places, worth over £1000, at each of the Specialist Subject Conferences: Operations and Safety, Security and Environment.
  • The opportunity to attend and network at four regional meetings a year, where key airports are invited to give presentations on development plans and policy updates to an audience including national and regional government officials.
  • Corporate Sponsors also benefit from brand exposure on a dedicated partners page in each of the four annual editions of The Airport Operator, as well as within the AOA Directory.
  • Participation at the Summer Reception, Security Group, Operations and Safety Group, ad hoc events and within the Business and General Aviation Network.
  • Receipt of complimentary copies of AOA formal publications.
  • Use of the AOA logo on marketing material.
  • Presence in the AOA Directory and receipt of complimentary copies.
  • Receipt of complimentary copies of The Airport Operator four times a year.
  • Full access to the online version of the AOA Directory, which is continually updated.
