The Public & Commercial Services union
The Public & Commercial Services union has called a strike beginning at 19.00hrs on Wednesday 29th June and ending at midnight on Thursday 30th June. The strike will affect border controls. Airports are working with the UK Border Agency to minimise disruption and ensure security.
Passengers arriving in the UK can assist by:
- having travel documents, including passports, available and taken out of any wallets
- using automatic e-Passport gates (where available)
