4. Sharing your personal data

We may share your information with third-party service providers, where they reasonably require the details to perform their obligations, or in order to enable us to achieve the objective of our processing. The service providers include:

• Event venues, attendees, speakers, sponsors and organisers contracted by AOA.
• Online service providers, such as event booking systems, marketing systems, website and survey tools.
• AOA’s payroll and benefit providers, as well as AOA staff development management.

We may share your personal information with other third parties if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements; or to protect our rights, property, or safety of our customers, or others.

We may share your information with our members, if it is necessary to do so to respond to any matter you raise with us.

Information which you provide for inclusion within the AOA Directory of Members will be shared with other AOA members (see section about the AOA Directory of Members).
