AOA comment on ground handling review response

Commenting on the government’s response to the review on ground handling, Airport Operators Association Chief Executive Karen Dee said:

“We welcome the Government’s announcements around new monitoring and measuring of ground handlers’ performance. The airport sector will work closely with ministers and officials, the ground handlers and their clients the airlines to optimise the performance and resilience of whole air travel journey in the future.”
